140 New Montgomery

140 New Montgomery, also known as the PacBell Building, is located in the heart of San Francisco's South of Market district.  The building, originally compelted in 1925, is a Art Deco office tower that originally housed telephone switching equipment.  Starting in 2012, the building was converted into a office space with structural upgrades and new MEPS systems.  Modulus Consulting provided coordination services and structural modeling to the general contracting team.
