706 Mission

The $500M 706 Mission Street project in San Francisco is a 700,000 sqft development consisting of the construction of a new 43-story residential tower housing 190 condo units in its upper floors and the relocated Mexican Museum in its lower floors. The new tower integrates and rehabilitates the adjacent historic 120,000 sqft Aronson Building, along with 4,800 sqft of ground retail/restaurant space. General contractor Webcor Builders engaged Modulus to perform BIM coordination, architectural, and structural modeling.
