Peter Michealsen

Peter Michealsen co-founded Modulus Consulting in 2010. He manages day-to-day operations and new client outreach. Peter has overseen the steady growth of Modulus and likes to be hands-on, managing many large projects personally. Peter’s commitment to quality of work, integrity and adding value to every project has built a trusted name for the company in the AEC community. Prior to founding Modulus Consulting, Peter worked in the Virtual Design and Construction department of Webcor Builders.

Brent Hammond

Director of Project Management

Brent Hammond directs Modulus’s Washington DC office and serves as lead BIM Coordinator as a seasoned manager of MEPS coordination efforts, having directly coordinated MEPS BIM efforts on high-rise towers, the SF General Hospital Rebuild, and multi-family residential.

Sara Troy

Sara Troy manages day-to-day operations, directs team development, is responsible for company standards and productivity, and continues to lead standards and workflow development. Sara has developed Revit Standards for various firms in the OAEC Industry, and will also manage projects with a particular focus on drawings production and management of construction databases. Sara also looks forward to CANstruction every year – a charity event for the Food Bank, as well as donating her time to Architecture in Schools.

Benjamin Alfonso-Licea

Ben Alfonso-Licea is a BIM Project Manager and a graduate of UC Berkeley in Architecture. Ben uses Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD in his work with clients and has worked on as-built modeling for a future outpatient eye care clinic, production drawing activities for San Francisco General Hospital, and is currently working on model and drawing production for the California Pacific Medical Center. Ben is also active in his spare time with Habitat for Humanity.

Steve Davis is a BIM Project Manager heading up Modulus’s Fort Worth office. He has worked in the AEC industry for over 9 years and has been involved in numerous projects ranging from data centers and mixed use high-rise towers to higher education and industrial. Prior to working at Modulus, Steve worked at a design/build contractor based out of Seattle where he helped implement the use of BIM, creating MEP design standards and workflows between design teams and construction teams.

Andrew Schmitt has over a decade experience using Autodesk’s Revit. As a Sr. BIM Specialist in the Washington D.C. office, his work includes managing FM data for the mechanical, architectural, and electrical components, used for the long-term maintenance of the LEED Silver certified, BGE Front Street project in Baltimore, Maryland. He also contributes plumbing trade modeling support for a high-rise apartment building.

Ben Wilcoxson joins Modulus with over 15 years experience in architectural drafting, modeling, and digital system design, with a focus and specialization in the data center, electrical, structural, and civil utilities sectors. His work includes large scale hospitality and technology manufacturing campus projects such as Laguardia Airport, NY Public Hotel, Nobu US restaurant locations, Virgin Hotels US Locations, Hard Rock Resorts, and US Intel campuses. His most recent work focused on Revit modeling and BIM Coordination across large US technology campus construction projects.

Javier Candelas

Javi Candelas is a Sr. BIM Specialist based out of the San Francisco office. Javi is a seasoned BIM expert with a wide variety of modeling skills.
